My name is Joey Samora and I am a 28 year old married, father of 2, soon to be 3. I have a 6 year old daughter a 4 year old son, and one in the oven. My family has been the main motivation in my life and my current and future success is truly owed to them. I strive to be a role model for my family by proving to be an example of a loving, hard-working and dependable individual.

I’ve always acknowledged health and fitness as an important part of daily life. I’ve been very active my whole life but have never really focused on a specific exercise regime (except on the swimming team in high school). I’ve held a membership to a gym for over 5 years and have yet to see any real results, due to lack of motivation and time restrictions. After watching the P90x infomercial for the third or fourth time I made the decision to work hard to become a healthier and physically fit person.

I look forward to this life changing process and fully commit to daily exercise and maintaining a healthier diet. I’ve only completed 3 days of my first 90, so I will have to provide an update in 30 days.
