At 39 years and 227 pounds, I was tired.. I had no energy, and no drive. My wife started drinking shakeology, which in turn got me into it. She was always watching before and after videos of p90x, and More ...

At 39 years and 227 pounds, I was tired.. I had no energy, and no drive. My wife started drinking shakeology, which in turn got me into it. She was always watching before and after videos of p90x, and the stories..

we have p90x but I felt if I tried I would fail and give up completely.. So I got Power90. after the first few days I realized that it was hard for me.. but very doable.. so I stuck to it for the first week, week two came and the program was a bit easier..

I am writing this on day 31, I havent missed a day yet. im down roughly 5 lbs, 5 inches, and gained tons of energy in the last thirty days..
Yesterday I started cardio 3-4.. kicked my butt again! Ill go on to strength 3-4 today and see if im ready for that one..

60 days to go! this is the first time I have ever stuck to a program.. P90 works!

Ill be in great shape before long, and be able to keep up with the kids.. I may even be around a while longer for them!
