Aloha, did the P90X! before this I've been lifting weights for a long time now so I'm physically fit to begin with. I was never lean though only muscular, so I want to try something different. They say cardio, cardio, cardio and diet is key to get lean, well I never liked them both...so this was hard.

My weakness has always been the diet part. I love to eat and I fail on low calorie diet, I get weak and stupid all the time! It doesn't work for me so I workout harder, longer and often.

My results with P90X? my weight stayed relatively the same however I lost 5" off my waistline and my clothes fit tighter around my legs and arms. Also not to mention I got stronger on my bench press.
