More statistics| christiane1 Honolulu, HI Aloha, did the P90X! before this I've been lifting weights for a long time now so I'm physically fit to begin with. I was never lean though only muscular, so I want to try something different. They say cardio, cardio, cardio and diet is key to get lean, well I never liked them both...so this was hard.
