I am wife of a wonderful supportive husband that enjoys fitness as much as me. Together we are raising 4 of the best children that God could bless us with. Health & Fitness has always been my passion and my drive. However, I used to talk the talk but not always walk the walk. In 2009 I made the goal to get a certification in fitness. The bug hit me when I got Turbo Kick certified. I then took my years of knowledge and got my personal trainer certification. Being a personal trainer & a coach is important to me because I feel like I should be a role model for my friends and clients. I am now making sure that I stick my goals, eat nutritiously 90% of the time, and exercise at least 5 days a week. I am leading my children down the path to fitness and my husband is my support. We are gradually cleaning out our cubbards of anything that is not supportive for anyone in my family!
