I'm an engineer for a software company and have a wonderful wife and 4 great kids. I don't have a history of personal fitness, but have fallen in love with it over the last few years. I had so much success with P90X (205 down to 180), I decided to become a Beachbody Coach and learn new ways to help people with their fitness goals.

I was a regular at the gym. At 5'10", I still weighed in at 205 lbs and did not have the look that I wanted. I didn't consider myself "fat", but certainly didn't look like I worked out as much as I did.

Enter P90X...

I went hard-core. I stuck to the diet plan, only missed 1 workout the entire 90 days and dropped a full 25 lbs! Family and friends are constantly asking me what I did, it's a GREAT feeling.

I'm still applying what I learned and continue to learn more. I did so many plugs for P90X and Beachbody, I got interested in, and signed up for, their Coach program.

Legs & back today.  I did 71 pullups over the course of about an hour.  Less than 6 months ago I couldn't do more than 1 or 2.  I feel fantastic.  Wondering what to do More ...
