Hello and Thank you for visiting my site. My name is Chris and I believe that most of us are here for similar reasons. I am a husband and a father of two children and they are strong motivators for me. Throughout my school years I was active and healthy. After high school I enlisted in the US Army, as and x-ray tech, and spent four years on active duty. When I was discharged, Honorably, I moved to Florida and started work in hospitals. I currently work in a cardiac lab where I see day in and day out the effects of obesity and poor choices. I do not want to be on my own cath lab table or worse being subject to open heart surgery. And so, my journey begins. I have been over 200 pounds for quite some time. I will be losing around 50 pounds along the way. My goals are to lose weight, get fit and have more energy. I also want to motivate, and help, others to do the same. I am 52 years old and currently spending time with ShaunT in the Asylum. I have started with Asylum, dabbled with Insanity and now I am Pump-ing! This has been a wonderful journey and I would like to share it with you.
