I'm a stay-at-home-Mama of 4 who completed several BB programs: Hip Hop Abs, Insanity, Slim in 6, Chalene Extreme, and Turbo Fire.

Over the last few months, I had "life" derail me (still working on not letting that happen). I realized that I have turned to BB programs to get me into shape FIVE times!!!! And it works every time!

Well, starting at ground zero again. Long story short, we moved from another continent and my fitness and meal plans felt impossible to keep up. But now we're settling into our new home and I've decided to start Les Mills Pump (my first round). I will begin the workouts Monday, 1 October. This time, I'm committing 100% to the meal plans...no 'cheat' snacks or meals, no missing or dogging the workouts...I AM DOING THIS--I WANT IT!!!

Well, I have officially completed Les Mills Pump! I had a goal of getting into the habit of working out again and also of losing weight by logging faithfully into MyFitnessPal every day. I did manage to be faithful to my LMP workouts, but I failed at MFP. I logged in most days, but did not lose weight.

So, my current goals are:
1) Complete Les Mills Combat (started 31 Dec)

2) Use MFP and: don't go over daily caloric limit; eat clean; up protein

I feel certain that all of this combined will bring me to the best shape I've ever been in!
