Georgetown, TX I'm a graphic designer, desktop publisher, writer, production artist. I spend more time behind a desk correcting items for publication than walking around, so I'm trying to develop a healthy routine to keep me from hitting 240 pounds again.
I was in the Flag Corps (a marching auxiliary of the band) in high school. I also was involved in other student organizations and graduated in the top ten I'm a graphic designer, desktop publisher, writer, production artist. I spend more time behind a desk correcting items for publication than walking around, so I'm trying to develop a healthy routine to keep me from hitting 240 pounds again.
I was in the Flag Corps (a marching auxiliary of the band) in high school. I also was involved in other student organizations and graduated in the top ten percent of my class, going on to college and graduating with a bachelor's degree after four years.
While in college, I went to Russia twice. I want to go back, and I keep practicing my language skills whenever I can. This also reminds me that I need to be fit for when I return (some day!), because travel is strenuous on your body.

I'm a mother of two boys who was 5'7", 130 pounds in high school, some 20 years ago. I didn't do much to maintain my figure for those 20 years because of pregnancy and the love of food! But I didn't like how I went from a size 12 in 1990 to 14, to 16, to 18, then to 20 and 22 in the summer of 2008, weighing in at 240 (or so) pounds. If you put it on gradually, you are going to have to take it off — gradually. Through hard work.
I was down to 195 after (almost) daily workouts from October 2008 through March 2009. I fit into size 18 again, but I lapsed. I am now making another go at it in October 2011 at 209 pounds. I have a goal of getting back down to 130. Even if I don't make it, the weight I have lost so far has given me more confidence in reaching my goal.
Turbo Jam, Turbo Sculpt and the weighted gloves are helping me to build muscle and burn fat. These are the first workouts I have ever been able to keep up with, and I look forward to them every day now. Even as I do chores around the house, I am tightening up thanks to Team Beachbody.
