My name is cliff and i live in western pennsylvania.I will just give you the facts about me. I started out very early lifting and playing football in high school. I was always heavier in football and was a lineman up until about tenth grade. then i started dieting and and really trying to get ripped and i always was running or exercising. After the exercising i accomplished the goal of being a wide reciever.Then after high school i decided to sign up in the military then i was in pretty good shape too.well to make a long story short i left the air force in 2003 and have been home in pa ever since. i really haven't been too serious since then. well a couple times here and there.i start and then loose sight of things. i am just trying to achieve a goal of being healthy and loosing my body fat but also having consistient disipline when it comes to my health.to add i have a wife and a son who needs a good leader and i am going to do my best to be one.i am waiting on my p90x order to come and hopefully it will give me a good start. i like what i see on the commercials so here we go !in the mean time i have been eating right and exercising when i can. i am glad to be a part of this team! thanks
