Well I am pushing 35 in April, and I used to be a full time beer drinker with a part time job. Just getting fat, out of shape, and on the verge of stroking out if I did not change my lifestyle. I had a cholesterol level of 279, my BP at the highest point of checking it was 168 over 110 and testosterone level was somewhere around 130. Yeah I had the body of a unhealthy 60 year old not 30. I was 30 years past my prime at the age 30. One day I woke up and said I have do something else to change my lifestyle. I first enrolled in college agian to get my Master's (which I have finished). After college I asked myself why do I still have major anxiety issues and the answer came to me, I ate horrible still and I was not near as active as I needed to be. So I moved to chapter 2 of my thirties.

The first part of January, I started P90X which caused my body to become an average 30 year old again. I have normal BP, My weight is normal, but a little low for my taste, which I have always been very lean and somewhat a little guy. Also, my testosterone at my last yearly with the doc was well over 330. Much of an improvement from four years prior when it fell below 150 and my cholesterol level was high at 202 but alot of that is due to genetics.

I am ready to start P90X round 2 and gain 15-20 lbs and look like a new me with lots of muscle. Goals, goals, goals. Lets Bring It!

I had an awesome legs and back exercise eventhough I am worn out to the max and ready to go to bed. Kids first though, and they both seem to be wound up. Kids!!!!! Good Workout!!!!

Today was not a good day with my workout. I was scheduled to do yoga and it did not go well. I will be changing to cardio X.
