I am a military wife, mother of three, ex-Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. I have not taught a class since 2005, UGH! I am in Hawaii with my husband at his current duty station. Yeah, I became a bit lazy being in "Sunny Hawaii", but I plan on getting back in shape and renewing the commitment of Health and Great Shape I made to myself almost 7 years ago. High-Five to me!!!!!!

Well I have gained almost 30 lbs. this past year. All due to stress, poor meal planning, not enough exercise and late night eating and unfortunately an eating disorder. I wish to get back in shape and More ...
Well I have gained almost 30 lbs. this past year. All due to stress, poor meal planning, not enough exercise and late night eating and unfortunately an eating disorder. I wish to get back in shape and better health. I am searching for a support system that will cheer me on and inspire me along the way. So far I have almost got the E.D. under control, I have started going to the gym again, cooking healthier, trying to snack in between meals and make smaller meals. I think I have lost some fat so far but will wait to measure and weigh for another week due to the fact muscle weighs more than fat. I feel confident and good!! Bye, Bye E.D.!! Hello Me!!
