After I had him I just stopped working out cold turkey!! Dealing with many issues in my life I starting eating mostly all fast food and high in fat snacks. Before I knew I was wearing bigger and More ...
After I had him I just stopped working out cold turkey!! Dealing with many issues in my life I starting eating mostly all fast food and high in fat snacks. Before I knew I was wearing bigger and bigger clothes and I wasn't carrying a baby anymore. I never got on the scale until I was at the doctor's office with a friend and I stepped on the scale and the numbers kept on going up and up and when it went passed 257 I jumped off and was in shock. I had never been this big ever!!!! I told myself this can't really be happening!! So I started to try not eat at all and of course that didn't work. So like a few months later. A group of us at church did the biggest loser thing.I was ready I went do to the gym paid for a 1 year membership and got a personal trainer. Four months later and working out 6 or more days a week for 1-3 hours a day. I won the biggest loser deal but had only lost 14 pounds. I was mad but I could only be mad at myself because yes I did stop eating fast food everyday but I was still eating fast food at least 3 or more times a week and eating the wrong foods sometimes!! So I wanted to know the secret I tried many pills but most of the time I forgot to take them or they made me feel bad. Then a started taking a cycling class at the gym then I tried a class called Turbo Kick it was something new.Then I tried a at home work out called Turbo Jam and loved it !! Then I started taking more turbo kick classes and I was hooked I got hooked up with a wonderful woman of God Alee a wonderful mentor. So then I started drinking shakeology everyday doing turbo kick and the pounds fell off me. So now I drink my shakeology everyday and I work out everyday or 6 times a week for only 20-75 mins a day.I have went from a size 22 to a 10 and now my 10's are getting lose. I am certified to teach Turbo Kick I don't have time to get to the gym everyday so I do at home workouts like Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire, Great Body Guaranteed, Insanity. If I can do it you can too!!
