Well, I'm 27 years old and started working from home several months ago. I've always struggled with my weight - I lost my first big amount of weight at 11 losing 40 pounds over a summer - and around 23 thought I had come to a good balance in my life, managing to maintain a healthy weight for 3 years, the longest length of time yet. I'm still a transformation in progress, but I can tell you a few hints I already have learned along the way. Push play 6 times a week - even if you slip up in your eating as we all do on occasion keeping the workouts going will help mitigate negative impact from that piece of chocolate that was just tooo tempting!!

Make sure to take 10 minutes after each work out for stretching - the soreness you will experience the next day will be less, making you more likely to do that workout the next day.

Get connected! The more people you have to support you along your way the better chance you have to succeed!

Busy life? too busy to plan to eat right? JOIN THE CLUB AND USE THE MEAL PLANNER! There are lots of easy recilpes that are quick to throw together and take on your way. Also the message boards are good for getting ideas.

I'm still kinda new and am going through several of the programs to find what I like. So far I really enjoy the workouts of P90X, but I don't know if I am at the level to commit to the whole nutrional aspect of the plan! It's quite strict!
