I've reached day 90. Day 1, weight 191, today 165. It's only the beginning. I've really been impressed with all of the Beachbody programs that I've tried so far. I'm looking forward to my second round of P90X, then on to P90X Plus. The Tony Horton One on One workouts are great also.
