I started this fitness journey in the summer of 2009. My dad (whom I am VERY close to) had a massive heart attack in May 2009, and my husband and I had to be there when the surgeon told him there was nothing they could do to help him. My husband purchased P90X--and I was actually kinda I am a wife, and a mother of four--ages 19, 15, 13, and 10. Obesity of my parents scares the heck out of me!
I started this fitness journey in the summer of 2009. My dad (whom I am VERY close to) had a massive heart attack in May 2009, and my husband and I had to be there when the surgeon told him there was nothing they could do to help him. My husband purchased P90X--and I was actually kinda mad that he spent the money on it:( Well, we started working out together, fueled by my fear of ending up like my parents--overweight, unable to travel, and with various serious health issues. We first did the P90X Lean version, and started to see progress! We then did a round of P90X Classic, and I began to see more results. I started Insanity in March 2010 and was beginning to get hooked on this fitness thing. By the summer of 2010, I started to notice remarkable changes--I'd lost a total of 18 pounds at that point, and ONE size! I also started to do a lot of research and watch people's transformation videos. What I noticed mostly, was the difference that Shakeology made in their stories. So...I decided that Shakeology was a necessity, and that being a Coach was the best way to get it!
So, now here I am, over 2 years into my journey and excited to share my information with THE WORLD!
