It is amazing to see how times have changed for young people. Getting enough exercise is a thing of the past. When I was a boy, we did not have all of the technological
advancements for entertainment, like Sony Play Station or Xbox. There were only about 7 channels to watch on television and no remote. Without high definition television and computer gaming, we went outside to ride bikes, explore the creek, climb trees and play ball. Being overweight was nearly impossible.

Today, you look at all the young people and their recreation is quite artificial, and as a result, playgrounds are bare. Where have all the kids gone?
Indoors.

I ran so much as a kid there was no such thing as sucking wind. The only negative was I had no meat (or muscle) on
my bones. It never hit me until I started dating in college, that my physicque was missing in action. After getting married at 22, it was time to do something about my toothpick frame.

Finally, I started working out, bought some equipment and developed some workout routines. Most of the workouts I engaged in were more hassle than necessary and everyone seemed to give different advice on how to be effective. More times than not, workouts became encumbersome and confusing. The results came, but with far too much effort.

In the past year, I have met some people that used the P90X program that swore by the system. Their results were mind blowing. I can't wait to implement this system for yself. It will take discipline, but I'm ready for the
challenge. Bring it on Beach Body!
