Hello, My name is Wade Larson and I am excited about this site and the opportunity to be involved with a consistant work out program and be able to help and get help from others. I have always been involved with athletics and excercise but as of late I started to slowly get out of shape and quit working out. Hopefully this is the ticket to losing the slight roll I am getting. 6/20/07-I am fully involved in the power 90x. At first I was a little bummed that there was so much pull-up stuff since I have no where to do them but now I love it and have made a pull-up spot with resistance bands. I can already tell a significant difference.
April 2010-Time sure flies, hadnt realized it had been so long psince an update. I am still using p90x and am not tired of it at all and still seeing results. The good and the bad of it is that it still kicks my butt.
