For years, I was overweight, tired and not very motivated most of the time. I could not do some of the physical activities that I had been able to do in my younger days. In Sept. 2006 my wife wanted to hike Bryce Canyon in Utah, while I was having a hard time just walking to some of the viewpoints! I decided that I needed to do something, so I joined a gym in Feb, 2007. I went as often as I could. In the time from 2/07 till 11/08, I dropped from 205 to 185. I was feeling good about myself for the most part, but knew I needed to do more, but didn't know what else to do. Well, from 11/08 till 2/09, I regained some of the weight that I had lost - I went back up to 195. At the end of Jan, 2009, I was watching the P90X infomercial. After telling my wife that I would like to do this program, she said to me "If you get it, I will do it with you!" Those words stuck in my head and several days later I made the purchase. We started our "successful" journey on 2/16/2009. After 2 rounds of P90X, 1 round of Insanity a 90 day round of ChaLEAN Extreme and now starting (as of 3/1/2010) a new round of P90X, I can truly say I am feeling the best I have felt in over 20+ years. I have decided to take my newly acquired knowledge, energy and inspiration to others by becoming an Independent Team Beachbody Coach.
