Conway, AR Hi, my name is Brent Worley. I am 30 years old and live in Conway, Arkansas with my beautiful wife and three wonderful daughters. My wife and I are both working towards our fitness together. My goal is to shed as much body fat as I can with the hopes of seeing 6 abs eventually.

I started out at 213 lbs by my scale but over 220 by doctor office scales. I was fat, I felt bad, but most importantly, I looked bad! When you have a wife that is petite and you are a walking tub of lard, you get a bit self-conscience.
The problem I had was I hated typical cardio and had no workout partner. Riding the bike bored me, walking bored me, and running hurt me. I used to play tennis a lot, but with 2 kids (3rd was on the way) I no longer had time to play.
So when I saw P90X, I knew it would be worthwhile to invest in.
Today, I'm in my second round. I have dropped 5.5" from my waist, over 20 lbs, I look tons better and feel tons better too! I'll write more on this later but glad to see the results I am having.

Update: It is 2011. I made great progress last year just to get sidelined by a shoulder injury (and a wrist injury...you know how hard it is to do most upper body work when that happens? Not fun). Regardless, I'm back at it hard now that everything has healed. In my first 4 weeks of P90X I cut 1.5" of waistline and 7.2 pounds.
My goal this year is 10% body fat. I made this goal last year and got close, but this year I'm seeing it through to the end.
