Since I have a degree in Exercise and Sports Science, I look forward to helping as many people get fit as possible.I have lost 62 pounds finishing P90X 8 times , P90X Plus , P90X2, Insanity twice, Insanity Asylum , Tony Horton One on One, Rev Abs, Ultimate Reset twice, Turbofire, Les MIlls PUMP, and ChaLean Extreme. In addition, I have become much stronger and flexible using the Beachbody

I weighed 251 pounds starting July 25, 2009. As of today, I weigh 199 pounds. In fact, p90x has made me stronger and more flexible. Since I am an elementary physical education teacher, I feel much better about my weight and setting a great example for my kids at school.
