Hola Friends! I'm a 36 year old, mother of 2 beautiful girls. Blessed wife of Brad. I live daily with the effects of Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis and have been dealing with the autoimmune disease Lupus for 3 years. I decided it was time to re-engage in exercise and strength training and I'm excited to get back into the routine. I look forward to sharing my story with you,
