I am a true Coloradoan, Born in Aspen and raised in Rifle, on the Western Slope. I left Rifle when I graduated high school and spend 20 years in the Marines. After I retired from the Marines I move back to Colorado, finding work in Colorado Springs as a contractor for the government working on their computer systems.

I am happily married for 22 years to my wife Paula. I have two wonderful girls ages 16 and 19 who keep us pretty busy. I also have two wonderful dogs that make great camping buddies. We love the outdoors and enjoy camping, hiking, boating, and riding (motorcycles and ATV’s).

Once I left the Marines, I fould it hard to keep myself motivated to exercise and stay fit. My active lifestyle does help (hiking, climbing, camping, etc.) but it is because of this active lifestyle that I need to be in better shape. The think I guess I miss the most from the Marines is the accountability. That is what I am looking for here.
