I have always been in pretty good shape. I've played sports when I was younger and still do. Since I relocated to Nevada I really enjoy to hike and bikeride.

I have always been in pretty good shape. I've played sports when I was younger and still do. Since I relocated to Nevada I really enjoy to hike and bikeride.

I just recently ordered Power 90X so I will keep everyone informed on my progress.
