Being type 2 Diebetic, this type of thinking has become my way of life. Seizing My Size, seizing control of me is what it's all about.When I decided to take control of myself and make a difference in my everyday health, I knew excercise was a big part of what I needed to be doing on a regular basis. I have always been athletic and find myself saying, "come the first of the year I am going to get myself to the gym"! My intentions are always great and when I do get to the gym I guess I just don't push myself enough to make a difference. I decided to try different work outs at home. This not only saves the time getting to and from the gym, but condsider the money for gas alone!
I am so much happier pushing myself in the comfort of my own home. Grunting and sweating is acceptable without any embarasement! So I got my fanny moving and have committed to regular workouts! P90 & Hip Hop abs are just two of the wonderful programs that help me with strength training and cardio. Programs like these help to eliminate the boredum at the gym and give me a trainer who is constantly telling me to push myself! Most importantly I am looking to improve my overall heath due to diabetes.Using the eating menus and shopping list has greatly helped me to recreate my grocery shopping habits. I get what I need instead of impulse buying from isle to isle. I am certain everyone can relate to that!I was Wowed when Beach Body even added "stevia" to the food list at my email request. This is a daily item for diabetics.
The beach body site have given me an array of tools to launch me toward my goals, a better selection than any other program I have tried. I am on my way to a tranformation to better health! It is true that there is strength and support in numbers, so join me in transforming yourself!
