Life is too short to not get in the best shape of your life!!! I am definitely here to help!!
First, I am a wife and a mother of 2 wonderful children and second, a physical therapist and personal trainer who has a passion for helping people and seeing people succeed. After I had my first child, I had a complication post pregnancy which had me loose 3/4 of my blood supply and I required a blood transfusion. I finally realized what some of my clients/patients truly felt like on day 1. I remember as I recovered I could barely doing push ups on my hands and knees. I struggled to walk, let alone run. But still, with one child I had more time on my hands to workout with Turbo Jam, run, progressively get back to work. Then came my second child and I was much more homebound. I bought the new Turbo Jam Discs before I gave birth, thank God, because on day two back from the hospital I pushed play...that is what got me back into shape. I could do it on the level I was at and gradually increase my levels as I felt fit. Then, I added P90X...I've spent my life and occupation inspiring others by example and for the past 6 years Chalene Johnson and Tony Horton have given ME that inspiration to continue being that role model to others.
As a Physical Therapist/Personal Trainer as well as an individual, I have always looked for new ways for my clients to increase their level of fitness and decrease their bordom. Thanks to the creativity and inspiration of P90x and Turbo Jam I have increased MY tool box!

I am a wife and mother of two, as well as a physical therapist and personal trainer. After having my daughter, now six, and son, now 3, I felt I wanted to get my body back each time. This is what I do for a living, however, I was tired, my life was changing and I had a career to continue. I NEEDED LOTS OF ENERGY! I saw an infomercial on Turbo Jam and was sold instantly, purely on the energy, music and absolute fun Challene and her crew were having! So beyond my running and biking, weight training I branched out for some serious fun and got a kickin' body in the process! No one wants to be bored and I surely am not. I DO enjoy challenges, so when I saw P90X I added that to my regime. I use some of TURBO JAM and Tony Horton's techniques in my training sessions to prevent boredom for my clients. Here I am a fitness and healthcare professional having fun getting fit and expending my personal tool box to improve my personal training sessions with others. I just want people to know that when you devote some of your time into a fun and effective workout it WILL results in MAJOR SUCCESS!! REALLY, THE ONLY THING YOU CAN LOOSE IS BODY FAT AND WAISTED TIME! WHY NOT BEGIN SOMETHING THAT YOU CAN LOOK BACK ON IN 90 DAYS AND SAY, THANK GOD I STARTED THAT BECAUSE I LOVE THE WAY I LOOK, FEEL AND NOW I CAN BE A SYMBOL OF HOPE FOR SOMEONE ELSE! HELP YOURSELF HELP OTHERS!!!
