I am a 48 year old married mother of two boys, ages 23 and 11. I have a beautiful
granddaughter and I want to watch her grow up, so it is very important to me
that I stay healthy for me and my family. My younger son is a competitive swimmer
and it is important to me to be a role model for him. One day I would like to
create programs to help teach other women how to empower
themselves. Team BeachBody is already helping me to achieve this by giving
me the tools and knowledge I need to accomplish my goals. Beachbody has changed my life for the better, and it can change yours too!

I saw. I immediately ordered P90X and after starting the program, in less than
5 months I lost 13 pounds and dramatically lowered all my cholesterol levels.
Plus, I have gained muscle and compliments from all my friends and family. I
have 7 pounds to go to reach my goal, and I know I can get there with Team
BeachBody and a will to succeed.
