Hello, my name is Earl Robertson and I am a recovering couch potato. When I was in High School 22 years ago, being in shape and feeling good was the least of my worries. Today though, it has to rank #1 for me. I love to eat all the stuff that tastes good. The problem when you do that it catches up with you fast. In 2 days I will start phase 3. That is when it is going to happen for me. Right now I have lost 22 lbs and my body is starting to take shape. I still have about 15 lbs to lose but I still have about 5 weeks to go so I think I will reach my goal. I just can't give up.
