More statistics| coachgideon I love Health and Fitness! I Made a commitment in my early twenties to stay fit and in shape. The US AIR FORCE helped with that.LOL.. I became the Physical Conditioning Seargent for our Squad while I was active duty. I joined Karate classes, Aerobic classes Played Raquet Ball, Ran, did weight training, played volleyball....
