I have always been a few pounds overweight but the pounds started adding up when I stopped skating. In 2007 my weight hit an all time high of 216. When that happened I said no more and started Kathy More ...
I have always been a few pounds overweight but the pounds started adding up when I stopped skating. In 2007 my weight hit an all time high of 216. When that happened I said no more and started Kathy Smith’s Project You and lost over 25 pounds. Since then I have slowly gained about 14 pounds. I refuse to go above 205. Come join me in my journey.

Update: I have always struggled with weight gain over the holidays. This year that chain was broken! No weight gain. I even lost a few pounds. Getting healthier every day and loving it.
