More statistics| coachjanski tumbling shoals, AR I started P90X a year and half ago. I was at 190lbs, now I am 160. P90x got me to 170, but I could never break that weight. I knew from studying the diet guide and from also being a College Football Coach and now High School Coach and Athletic Director that you are what you eat and that my diet was holding me back.
