I'm 32 and 6'4". I have never played sports and never been athletic at all. I was a computer geek as a kid and now one as my profession. Starting P90x lean was tough for me since I had never worked out with weights before. I would suggest starting with Power 90 if you are in the same shape as I was. But I progressed through it and now I am in the best shape of my life and tackling P90X

I had been extremely overweight nearly all of my life. I was well over 260 lbs a few years ago and decided to do something about it. I started walking 3 miles a day and got down to 230's. I was happy I had lost but could not get any further and I was still flabby. My before picture was taken at this point as I decided to start P90X with a few friends of mine and it has been amazing for me. I finished 90 days of P90X lean and I am currently staring the normal P90X program with a group at work. I think it would have been better to have done Power 90 first but P90X lean still was awesome on me even though I couldn't do but a few steps of most exercises starting out. Now I am ready to BRING IT for this 90!!
