After being involved with Million Dollar Body for two months now I am in the best shape I have been in for a long time. My weight has went from a max of 202 down to 183 as of 2/13/08. I had always wore a 34 in pant dating way back in high school (early 80's for you who are wondering). The past couple of years those pants had to be put away to make room for my new 36 in waist. It got to the point that the ole 36's were starting to get snug. That's when I had enough and told myself I'm not going to wear a 38 in pant. So I began working out to Power 90 and taking Activit and Slimming formula. I have been able to put my 36in waist pants away and now the jean size I had wore for the longest time are not fitting. My goal now is to tone up for the summer and my 25 year class reunion. If you are looking for a coach who has seen results and would like to give you support email me at kphealthandfitness@gmail.com.
