I am a 30-year-old stay-at-home mom of two children. Both of my pregnancies were difficult, and I gained over 70 pounds with each. Through diet and exercise, I've lost most of it. And now I'm ready to take my fitness to the next level.
I have about 15 more pounds to lose to reach my weight loss goal.
I played basketball in high school, and have always enjoyed exercise and activity. My fitness dvd library is vast and varied. I enjoy weightlifting, cardio, kickboxing, and many other types of exercise.
When I'm not working out, I enjoy reading, painting, cooking, listening to my iPod, and spending time with my family.
I believe in a no-frills approach to nutrition, eating as cleanly as possible, and developing balance and moderation in my food choices. I do all of the cooking for my family, so I have to make sure that the food is not only nutritious, but delicious. My toddlers wouldn't have it any other way. :)

I had two children in two years, and gained over 70 lbs with each pregnancy. Through diet and exercise, I have lost almost all of it, with only about 15 or 20 more pounds to go to reach my weight-loss goal.
But I love exercise and movement, so my fitness goals will not stop when I hit my target weight. I'll just be getting started...
