I am a 45 yr old guy trying to get into the best shape of my life. I started last year by lifting heavy weights. I got up to bench pressing 335 lbs with little to show so I started Power 90 March 9th 2009. I already had P90X so I was working my way to it.
UPDATE: I've just completed my 2nd week of P90X April 25th 2009.

I started 2009 at 247+ lbs. My wife suggested we go on weight watcher so to support Her I agreed. I saw a P90X infomercial and decided to try it. I tried a few of the DVD's and soon learned I was More ...
I started 2009 at 247+ lbs. My wife suggested we go on weight watcher so to support Her I agreed. I saw a P90X infomercial and decided to try it. I tried a few of the DVD's and soon learned I was in no shape to complete the program. I regrouped and started Power90. WoW, Power90 got me ready for P90X.
On April 10th I finished 30 days of Power90 and started P90X 4-11-09
4-22-09 - I am in my 2nd week of P90X and I love it.
Updated: 5-30-09 - Today I hit my initial goal of 200lbs. Now I can focus on body fat percentage. My gold is under 10%. I'll do a measurement when I get to work on monday and post that.
Updated: 6-11-09 - Today was day 60. Picture time. I love my progress. I don't even recognize myself. I am 194 lbs. Me, under 200. I can't remember the last time I was under 200 lbs. Yeah God!.
