Hello, my name is Lareina Casimiro. I was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina and now reside in Las Vegas, Nevada since 2004. Health and fitness is very important to me. I have standards to maintain being a Registered Nurse. Also, having served 7 years in the United States Air Force has helped to maintain this standard. I want to be a positive role model not only for my family and friends, but for everyone I encounter on a daily basis. I would not be able to take care of others if I can not even take care of myself! I want to live life to its fullest and there is nothing better than being fit and healthy to enjoy what life has to offer!
Body Pump is my favorite work-out. I love variety in my work-outs to include spinning and Zumba. I also love to dance to include tap, hula and Filipino Folk Dancing.
