I started TurboJam in December of 2008, after living in Italy for 6 months. Italian food+vino+everyday=not fit or healthy Lauren! So, I decided to do something about my life style and habits, and here I am! I love helping others to find the same happiness that I have found through working out and eating right. I have been using some sort of Beachbody product to work out since 2006. So far I have worked out with HipHop Abs, Rockin' Body, TurboJam, and TurboJam Fat Burning Elite. I LOVE ALL OF MY WORKOUTS! I have found that by working out every day, I am more energetic, mindful of what I eat, and happier.
