More statistics| coachmp Hello All I have been a coach for several years, and last several months been finding my way back to the healthy living. I forget alot to LOG in to WOWY daily but I have for 3 months now working out Mon Through Fri.I have worked my way up to running/jogging 4 1/2 miles a day doing either Hip Hop Abs or some light weights in the gym at my complex.I have been doing my Measurements & Happy to | ?
