The P90X program helped me take my fitness to an even higher level and was a lot of fun. It's a great home fitness program that can work well for anyone who follows the program intelligently.

Running is my main fitness pursuit and I continue to use P90X and Insanity to stay strong and sharp. Shakeology and the P90X Recovery drink are my favorite nutrition products. Tasty and effective.

I'm very happy to say that I'm in the best shape of my life by a long shot.
