My goals for engaging in P90X the first time around were different than most. Whereas many folks look to Beachbody as a valid means to shed weight, I was out to improve my athleticism and to build muscle I never knew I had. Where our goals are similar, however, is we all wanted to make a transformation and improve our lives.

Having completed 3 rounds of P90X, I must say I am tremendously happy with the results...and where the 4th round is going to take me.
