In July of 09 I had a little boy, Jameson. Shortly after that my physical health started to deteriorate. I was tired all the time and was lossing weight rapidly. I know the tired thing is part of having a newborn but I knew there was something else. In February my eye sight started to change frequently - somedays good and some bad. I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and hypopituitarism in February. With the help of medication and a balanced diet I am finally starting to feel enough like myself to start working out again.

Goals: increase cardio stamina, get rid of left over baby bump, overall tone
