I am a school psychologist in Las Vegas. I moved to LV about 7 years ago from Washington D.C. Although I love this city I miss living near the ocean. Most of my family lives in Missiouri, Maryland and Florida and it is difficult being this far away from them. I love to travel both domestically and abroad. Planning a vacation to New Orleans or Mexico definitely keeps me motivated to work out and

I really didn't notice how much weight I had put on over about a 3 year period. I did notice the sizes I was buying were getting larger and larger. I put on about 10 pounds a year for 3 years and I More ...
I really didn't notice how much weight I had put on over about a 3 year period. I did notice the sizes I was buying were getting larger and larger. I put on about 10 pounds a year for 3 years and I felt terrible and had to make a change. I started by watching what I ate, mainly reducing sugars and bad carbs (white bread and pastas). I slowly started to lose weight and feel more confident. Then I started using Hip Hop Abs and really notices changes in my body...and income level :) I went from a size 12 to a 4. I dont' mind going shopping for clothes now. The greatest part about the MDB program is I am sucessful both physically and financially. Ask me how you can get involved and feel sucessful!
