Kula, HI I'm 50 years young, married 13 years to a wonderful loving husband. I love all animals big and small. I have cats, 1 dog and 1 horse, and three ducks. I enjoy horseback riding, hiking, camping, going to the beach, enjoying nature, and being outdoors as much as possible. I'm a CFO for a great company. I enjoy my work, and the people I work with. After living in Big Sky, Montana for three years my husband and I moved back to Maui. While living in Montana I put on some extra weight. I guess the nine months of winter put my body into survival mode. It thought I needed extra fat to stay warm. I was weighing in at about 135 pounds which for me was 20 pounds too much. Twenty pounds doesn't sound like much, until I tried to lose it, and it would'nt come off. Needless to say depression was sinking in. After being home on Maui for three months I knew I had to lose weight and get into shape. I didn't like the way I looked or felt in a bikini. I was becoming more depressed, and I was having a hard time overcoming it. I purchased P90 in Jan 2003, and I have been on the Beachbody journey ever since. I have done several rounds of P90. I have also pushed play to Slim in 6, and Turbo Jam. I love all these work-outs! I make sure I take the core supplements, and I make the right food choices. I did lose 10 of those pounds. The best part is I now have a possitive philosophy about health and fitness. When I don't make the time to push play, eat right, and I forget to take my supplements, I will start to feel sluggish, fall back into depression, and I gain weight again. The good news is I now have the tools to get back on the right track to health and fitness. Working out, eating right, taking supplements is all part of my equation for a healthy active lifestyle which brings me joy. I can now say good-bye to depression. Thank you Beachbody. I couldn't have come this far without you.
