Hi, I am a grandma and I have 10 children and all of the in-laws to go along with those 10 and then all of their children - at least 28 grandkids, I lost count, I'll figure that one up and let you know later, and let's see, I also now have 8 great-grandkids most in the last 2 years!! We have a huge family for get togethers - at least 60-70 people in my immediate family. It is so much fun and

I currently walk some but not enough and I also have an exercise bicycle that I ride every day for at least 10 minutes. I plan to add some yoga and more walking and maybe some MINI 10 minute (3-5 More ...
I currently walk some but not enough and I also have an exercise bicycle that I ride every day for at least 10 minutes. I plan to add some yoga and more walking and maybe some MINI 10 minute (3-5 minute to start with) trainings and see if I am able to do some of those exercises, but really think the YOGA Flex will be best for me.
