Hi I'm coachshirley. Fitness has been my love and hobbie for over 20 years. My current walking routine of 2-3 miles per day keeps me feeling young and healthy. Since my early 20's I have worked hard to maintain a youthful appearance and a healthy body, with a 3 day weight lifting routine and walking.
