I teach and coach. Finding time to workout can be hard. The supplements and
workouts I have received from MDB have changed my life for the better. Getting
back in shape has become fun again! I was up to 275 lbs and the weight continues
to go down each month. I was in a car accident in September and that has lead to me gaining a few pounds back. Ugh! I have made a commitment to get my self back in shape in 2009. With suppliments and workouts from Team Beachbody I will get my weight back down! See ya on WOWY!
