I have used the 10 Minute Trainer videos, Turbo Jam videos, Tony's One on Ones, Hip Hop Abs, P90X and currently Insanity! I encourage you to join me in choosing an active, healthy lifestyle. There has never been a time in my life that I have been so enthusiastic about physical fitness. After having four children, I had fallen into the worst shape I had ever been in. I slowly began to workout. After some starts and stops I discovered the 10 Minute Trainer videos. I used those for a while, along with some cardio workouts. Soon, I decided to get serious about getting in shape. I started P90X on April 17, 2009. The changes that I have seen in my body have been amazing. These changes in my strength, flexibility, and overall shape of my body have motivated me to take it one step further every day, and to strive to be in the best shape I ever have been in.
