More statistics| coachtrinity The diet I followed to lose weight was thin kitchen and slim in 6 together. When I wasn't in the mood to be so strict as slim in 6, I went to thin kitchen. It took me a year to keep off 13 pds and I am ready to go for the next 10-15 then I have hit goal.
