The diet I followed to lose weight was thin kitchen and slim in 6 together. When I wasn't in the mood to be so strict as slim in 6, I went to thin kitchen. It took me a year to keep off 13 pds and I am ready to go for the next 10-15 then I have hit goal. So far I have kept 13 pds off for one year and will continue with thin kitchen and the gym, cycling,bellydance,p90x just ordered and pilates. I am transforming my body slowly because I fail if I rush it. I will continue to be a fitness instructor to motivate me to keep the weight off. My goal weight at 5ft6 is 145. I still have another 15pds to go. I may order another program such as power 90 or so. I love this site because it has variety and I cant get bored! Wish me luck!
