I'm in the military and we have to run and do push ups and sit ups for our annual fitness test. Our PT regime was mainly running 1.5 - 3.2 miles and doing calistinics. I found that this was just not helping me reach the fitness level and body sculpt that I wanted to see. A friend told me about Million Dollar Body. I logged onto the site and read everything over with my natural skeptical and pesimistic nature. I talked to my friend and he told me that I should try it and he allowed me to log onto his site and check it out. Once I logged onto the MDB club I realized that someone was very smart with this idea of a virtual fitness community as there are many folks out there that have that gym phobia (afraid of who's looking at them in the gym) and working out at home with a virtual fitness coach caters to that market. Genius, I thought but how could it help me-I'm a gym rat-I love the gym. With all the emphasis on nutrition I realized that the site could help me with my diet and meal planning. I knew that I didn't always eat right and that it was probably a major reason why I wasn't achieving the goals that I wanted to see. The meal planning, grocery lists, and online cooking show "Thin Kitchen" has helped me transform some bad habits and learn how to eat for fitness and how to meal plan for a healthy lifestyle. Ladies and gentlemen-I have found this is 80% of the battle for all of us-eating right. MDB helped me learn how to eat and motivated me to eliminate bad habits from my life. It has transformed me and it can do the same for you. Looking for an answer to your bad eating habits, need motivation to stay on course with your workouts and healthy living. This is it!!

MILLION DOLLAR BODY and Team Beach Body

Right now my program is as follows. I jumpstart my metabolism in the morning with a good cardio workout Mon, Wed, Fri through my military PT program and Tue, Thur on my own. Right now I am using the P90X system at night about an hour after dinner. Starting today- Memorial Day - May 26th 2008, I am starting a no-crap 90 day regime using P90X. Jump in with me and meet me in Wowy every night at around 2000-that's 8 o'clock PM. If P90X is too extreme for your fitness level start with the plain old "P90" program or "Slim in 6". Any of these is a good place to start. If you work at night, find a good workout that you can do prior to going to work. Lord knows that when you get off of work you are going to be naturally tired and go to sleep. However way structure some time to workout during the day it doesn't matter when just that you do workout.

After my workout, I shower and eat a healthy breakfast and at least 5-6 small meals throughout the day. Use the meal planning guides as a member of the MDB club to help build up your daily menus. It'll even make a grocery list for you that you can edit if you already have the items on hand. It was hard to eat like that at first. Try to eat 5-6 times a day. When I first started, I kept forgetting to eat and I really didn't feel hungry for all those meals-reason why the meals were too big. Shouldn't be more food than can fit in the palm of your hand. You'll be hungry again in 3 hours believe me! When you get used to eating the 5-6 small meals a day your metabolism will speed up and in conjunction with your workout you'll start losing pounds and inches!!!!!

Well, that's what happened to me. Since I started last year on the 10th of May 2007, I have lost almost 30 pounds and still going strong.
