North Richland Hills, TX I'm a 45 year old software security consultant. Even though I've worked out consistently for over thirty years, once I reached my forties I found it harder and harder to keep my weight down. I tried running, dieting, and all manner of exercise, but nothing worked. I kept putting on a few pounds every year and couldn't lose it. A friend of mine mentioned P90X, and I decided to give it a try.

What a difference! Because I have a heavy travel schedule, dieting is always difficult. I decided to keep it simple. I didn't know if I would be able to stay on the P90X nutrition program, so I just focused on maintaining a 2000 calorie a day diet and following the exercise program. During the first 90 days, I lost 25 pounds and over 5 inches on my waist! Now my arms are bigger and more defined than they've been since high school. My "old man chest" has firmed up, and my legs are thin and muscular.
Besides improving my look, my energy levels are better, and I'm able to do quite a bit more without tiring. Working out in the heat (I live in Texas) doesn't bother me nearly as much as it used to, and I'm more focused mentally as well as more energetic physically.
I was so excited about my results that I had to talk to everybody about it. I've never been interested in selling products. I make plenty of money at my day job. But I was so excited and believe so strongly in the Beachbody program that I had to give it a try.

When I started the program, I had been struggling to lose weight since my early forties (I'm 45 now). Each year I gained a few more pounds. I had always been a fitness and exercise nut, but it seemed that no matter how much I dieted and exercised, I couldn't lose weight anymore. I was running as much as 8-12 miles at a time, and my knees were really starting to give me trouble.
A friend of mine mentioned P90X, so I got online and took a look. The price seemed reasonable and the routine looked interesting. I started the program and saw immediate results. During the 90 day program I lost over 5 inches on my waist and nearly 25 pounds. My body is much leaner and more muscular. Even though my weight is still in the 190s, I'm wearing clothes that fit me in the 180s. I haven't been this fit or muscular since I was a wrestler in high school. My knees no longer give me trouble, and I have the energy levels I had ten or fifteen years ago.
I'm a true believer. The program worked for me when nothing else did. I'd strongly encourage anybody to try it.
