I am 40, I have 3 incredible kids and an awesome wife. I work in IT, work with the youth at our church and coach my daughters basketball team. Running around with kids several times a week is rough because of my weight and I want to correct it starting today. I am going to start Day 1 of P90X on 05/12/2010
